Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we only accept online orders in South Africa. We do deliver internationally but please contact us for further details.

How long does shipping take? 

Average 3-5 Business days depending on how long it takes for the Payment to clear.

Will I be charged for taxes?

Yes, VAT is already included in the total price.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Hardware is warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of shipment from Orient Collection Imports or, with proof of purchase. Please refer to our "Warranty Page"
