General Warranty Policy

 

ORIENT COLLECTION IMPORTS (PTY) LTD - AUTOMOTIVE COOLING PARTS WARRANTY 

Warranty Coverage: Orient Collection Imports (Pty) Ltd (OCI) stands behind the quality and reliability of our aftermarket automotive cooling parts. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your confidence in our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for specified aftermarket automotive cooling parts, excluding A/C fans, accessories, evaporators, and receiver driers. 

Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for our aftermarket automotive cooling parts is 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Covered Products: Our warranty covers a variety of aftermarket automotive cooling parts, including but not limited to: 

  • Condensers 
  • Compressors 

Warranty Claims: If you encounter any issues with our aftermarket automotive cooling parts during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at service@oricolimports.co.za
Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide further instructions.
 

Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. Additionally, any damage resulting from environmental factors beyond our control is not covered. This includes damages caused by improper maintenance or failure to use recommended fluids and refrigerants. 

Resolution Process: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty coverage. If the aftermarket automotive cooling part is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the exact part is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement. 

Return Shipping: For approved warranty claims, OCI will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective part to our facility for repair or replacement. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the part to OCI. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and packaging the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

We offer a limited warranty to ensure your confidence in our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for specified DHC branded battery management tools, excluding accessories, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Covered Products: Our warranty covers a variety of DHC branded battery management tool products, designed to optimize battery performance and ensure efficient power management in automotive applications. 

Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for our DHC branded battery management tools is 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
